All persons aged 3 years and under are not permitted in the cli mbing gym except during specific times.
All persons aged 15 years and unde r must be supervised by an adult when climbing outside of a registered prog ram.
Drop In Rates:
Adults $15.00
Youth (ages 4 – 15) $8.00

Parents d o not have to pay a drop-in fee if they are the supervising adult belaying a child. They do, however, have to pay if they are belaying another adult .

Flow Yoga

Drop In/Plus Member Class

Enjoy the power of connecting the mind, body and spirit with a Flow Yoga class. Improve your flexibility, c ore strength, balance, and stability though various postures and stretche s. This is a dynamic style of yoga where the postures flow from one to the next with emphasis on the breath. This is a mixed level class and we recomm end newcomers arrive 10 minutes early to speak with the instructor about an y concerns they have. Modifications are given for all postures and particip ants are encouraged to work at their own level.

Note: There is a $2 ren tal fee for yoga mats.

Join the lunch ride and takea sweat break in your day! Indoor cycling is one of the most enjoyable, safe and thorough cardio exercises out there – and it is appropriate for al l levels of fitness. Using a variety of drills and training methods, the instructor will lead you through a workout that will include work on cyclin g technique, strength, power and speed.

Drop in is "first co me-first served".

Classes will incorpor ate a variety of higher intensity cardiovascular and resistance training ex ercises to work your entire body. Reach your fitness goals and feel resultswith this energetic and effective workout. All ability levels welcome.

Yin Yoga

Drop In / Plus Member Class

The practice of Yin Yoga is ofte n considered “yoga for the joints – not the muscles”. It targets the conne ctive tissues of the body (tendons, fascia and ligaments) and focuses on c reating a release by holding poses for longer periods of time. Yin Yoga po ses are generally more passive and meditative in comparison to flow classes , providing a calming and balancing of the mind while increasing the mobil ity and flexibility of the body.
* Dress warm or bring layers as yin is no t as heat generating as flow classes.

Note: There is a $2 rental fee foryoga mats
